• after the viewing we will advise you on the structural condition, price-quality ratio, the strategy to adopt etc.;
• if possible we advise you on having a structural survey done, which notary public to choose etc.;
• after the successful conclusion of the negotiations, we will explain the deed of transfer in detail, followed by the signing;
• for the notarial deed of transfer we check the transfer of ownership and the invoice;

the notarial transfer of ownership takes place after inspection of the purchased house.
